Overeating is the root cause of all evils!!!

Overeating leads to many health related problems like:
1. Bloating
2. Weight Gain
3. Acidity
4. Tiredness and Lethargy
5. Emotional turmoil

-Itโs important to have a mindful eating. By mindful eating i refer to being aware of foods and drinks you are consuming
-Drink a warm glass of water 30 minutes before consuming your meals
-Include buttermilk in your daily routine
-Avoid skipping your meals
-Include fibres in your diet. Fruits are rich source of fibres.
